We are very proud to be able to work on a project of this size and that will have a significant impact on the skyline of the city of Tulsa for many years to come.  The level of complexity and the challenging logistics that are part of a project of this size cannot be completed without the amazing team of dedicated installers, subcontractors and management personnel being aligned working towards the end goal of a successful project while living by our motto of “No Excuses, Just Results!”.

This project included 1.1 million square feet of drywall, and over 1 million linear feet of metal framing.  GCI installed the Hardie Cement siding around Margaritaville, the metal wall panels on the exterior of the new gaming floor addition and theater along with the composite metal panels, stucco and stone at the new valet entry.

One of the most unique aspects of this project was having to rent a warehouse where the ceiling tile for Margaritaville was laid out and painted on the floor by a muralist.  It was then repackaged, shipped to the jobsite and installed to become the show piece that it is today.
